The news today was absolutely terrible, in my opinion


just casually mentioning that you're suddenly 30-50....MILLION! over budget, as if it's you know, just a sector wide issue

30-50 MILLION is not pocket change 

and who knows
could just be the tip of the iceberg in regard to further financing/cost disappointments and delays

the news release this morning made me ill..
