You do know that the BOD has a fiduciary duty towards shareholders. Many here would join your legal case if what you say is true. Like BMP said, it took the ministry 10 months the last time.

Fair and true. Because they did a NR when they returned it to use for changes I thought we might see a NR when it was sent back..... Nonetheless, I hope you are right.

Moneypit, I'm sure that all requested documentation was sent backtot he ministry a wile back. Same thing as when the review comitee for the elaborate required addition info, we were never informed

Never buy unless there is a licence.
This stock should not ever be bought until a clearance for development is granted. Otherwise 25 more years will pass with no progress.
