This is a low that you put in so the share Price doesn,t go below a certain number.You might have a bid of .25 in on 2000000 shares however you might have 100000 at .125 with a fail safe of.11 or .115 which means if the SP fails to that level it tiggers a Sell!!!

People in my expereince  peopleforgot that they have a fail safe in Stock with a certain Date
