Because this issue is raised again and again on this board has having blue-sky potential. What you state is true and factual but fail to consider that EV's NR do not override the Serbian Mining Law. You're right about the fixing part ! Doubt I could ever get an aggreement inside a maid (just kiding....). It's 8 years if you meet certain conditions, if not you're OUT OF HERE. The Serbian Mining Law does not not adress commercial or financial issues related to the exploration/exploitaition of any property under its jurisdiction.  The maid certainly did not "make it"

Cancap, As per your instructions, I went back and re-read the Jarandol NR: Here's an extract of the terms of the agreement between EV and KOP Project: The Jarandol license covers 20.97 square kilometers, is valid until February 2022, and is extendible thereafter for up to 8 years in total, subject to certain conditions.
