Is this now the Entry Point for an Institution & Osmose Ltd to make their move?
IMO, the Piskanja mining project is derisked enough for this to occur.

You mean for Osmose to sh*t or get off the pot?  I wholeheartedly agree but personally; I'd rather limp along on PPs, paying Stradeski and John, vs losing the farm to Osmose.  Unless they want to take 100% instead of 45.  That I am totally fine with if "The Price is Right" Genuinely curious what you mean about other institutions making their move.
