Shortly after the license granted (hopefully in the next month), it will be fair game to ask management "WT@ are you doing? - You had more than one year to secure financing and confirm off-takers".

Hope this all falls in place in the short term but nothing has ever been easy for Tim. In the meantime, we're in a seemingly never-ending waiting pattern - You can blame the Serbs for dragging their feet with the license but all the rest falls squarely on Tim. He's still cashing his BONE paychecks isn't he?

While I can never be considered at huge BONE management advocate , what makes you think they are not doing exactly that behind the scenes . BONE managment cannot for obvious reasons make announcements regarding a mine they have not been formally awarded. In my mind they are in a tough situation regarding how much public info they can release before any formal news is released in regards to both

Like I stated in my post, ONCE THE LICENSE IS AWARDED.... I'm not saying they have not worked on it previously, I'm saying that the time is coming where they'll be no place to hide and either there are deals and contracts to be signed or there is not. So, once the mining license is awarded how long are you willing to wait? Would you expect that we would have some news shortly after

I would expect financing in whatever form it takes, mining plans and any offtakes to be announced along with the license being granted . BONE has had years  to get this package together. While financing for the company could be announced, I will agree with you on that but think any information that confirms the license or  Poborjie should be held back until the formal Serbian government

That's exactly what I'm saying! All (or at the very least most) of the ducks should be in a row by the time the license is awarded. Time to walk the walk. As for Pobrdje, we can always dream......

You should re-read my post. I do know better.... I said exactly that. Here it is, one more time: AT THIS TIME, THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING BONE FROM RELEASING AN NR ABOUT FINANCING OR ANY OTHER TYPES OF AGREEMENTS.  Lets hope these come early (and often) after the license is awarded. Tim has had more than enough time.......  One more thing, please no more worthless LOIs.....

Worthless LOIs. You just said it. You want them to make NRs on things that have not happened yet. Did you get a Lic. yet that we don't know about.

You're going out of your way. Can't you read ? Quick questions, How many LOIs has Tim signed in the past ? Any of them led to something ? That's what I thought.  Any agreement with no outcome is worthless.  We deserve REAL NEWS - That's all I'm saying. I didn't say today but, for sure, shortly after the license is awarded (not many monts after...).
