The Hope Brook Gold project is located on the Southwest coast of the island of Newfoundland, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The property hosts the Hope Brook deposit that consists of the Main Zone and 240 Zone. The Oxford Gold project is in central Manitoba, approximately 150 kilometres (km) southeast of Thompson. Oxford Gold and Destiny Property includes 17 contiguous mineral claims and three Mineral Exploration Licenses which combined cover approximately 35,992 hectares (ha). The Destiny Gold Project is located in the Despinassay Township, a road 100 km northeast of Val d’Or. The property is accessible by provincial highway 397 which passes through the property.
