If you use TMX you will only see trade volume on TSXV only, if you use Stockwatch you will see trades on the alternative exchanges as well (though delayed reporting).

One more thing: personally I view adding the option of prefference shares as a positive developement. It gives the company flexibility on how it wants to fund an acquisitiion or other large purchase.

Prefference shares are complicated in that there are so many versions, but in most circumstances they are really just bonds. They are not the same thing as common shares. The common share holders own ...more

I would assume if a sale of the company it would be TUS, which to buyout the remaining wouldn't be much for them considering they own 60% already. I just can't believe how cheap this ...more

It's a shame that TUS holds a chunk of the company, unless they take it out, unlikely anyone else would. Lumpy rev seems to be the norm for the company exaggerated more with COVID. The cash ...more
