Bessor Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based junior mining exploration company. The Company’s focus is on exploration and development of the Redhill volcanogenic massive sulphide deposit in British Columbia. It is involved in gold and base metal exploration. It has a 100% interest in the Redhill property, located 80 kilometers west of Kamloops and 10 kilometers south of Ashcroft, in British Columbia. It also has an interest in the Golden Eagle project located just south of the Yukon-British Columbia border, 70 kilometers west-northwest of Atlin, British Columbia, which covers an area of approximately 8,178-hectares. It also has an option agreement for exploration and development of the Easter Gold Project located in east-central Nevada in Lincoln County, nine air miles southwest of Caliente, Nevada. The project area consists of 70 mineral claims covering 1,446 acres. In addition, the Company has a 1% NSR on certain claims in the Blackwater Mine operated by Artemis Gold Inc.

Summer is now over...so what is going on with the company?

Summer is now over...so what is going on with the company? Last MD&A I see on Sedar is June 25, where it states:

COMPANY’S OUTLOOK FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR OF 2024

• Completion of the 2024 drill program (“2024 Drill Program”) for the Redhill project pending approval of a new 5-year multi-year permit.

• Complete a full review and evaluation of the Easter project technical data base to identify required geophysical and geochemical programs, and to identify drill targets.


Where are the updates?   Does the company even own Redhill as of now?   What is the status of the Easter project?
