S&P Biotech ETF enters bull market up 29% in 13 trading days

Does BTI have a story to tell into a new biotech bull market? Denali also up 61% in 13 trading days.

Initiate EGF human clinical trial in Q4 2022 transforming BTI into a cllinical stage company with coming NASDAQ listing expected. Two other EGF indications expected to follow in 2023 into the clinic creating a clinical stage pipeline within the next year for BTI on NASDAQ.

Demonstrate xB3 in combination with the EGF asset preclinically which is expected to result in a higher level of EGF in the central nervous system perhaps for the treatment of much larger, blockbuster opportunities in neurodegeneration like MS and Alzheimer's. This could happen as BTI's EGF asset is progressing in human trials.

With Hunter now BTI's lead pipeline candidate for human clinical trials BTI is going head-to-head with Denali despite Denalit's lead to market for Hunter. BTI could benefit from Denali's clinical progress. With the initiation of BTI's Hunter clinical trial in 2023 progress with Chiesi and Oxyrane appears increasingly likely. Given the time to clinical trials for BTI's lead LSD asset(Hunter) a timeline for Chiesi clinical trials may be suggested. Chiesi is also progressing with Protalix. Protalix is Chiesi's key strategic asset in LSDs. xB3 with Protalix's Fabry asset could be uniquely competitive.

BTI's neuro-oncology assets may be being bundled with multiple interested parties. Is this what the J&J's multi-indication option covers? We could get more information in the next financials. Denali had its Herceptin product available for licensing. What if J&J chooses BTI as BTI also goes head-to-head with Denali for Hunter and Lysosomal Storgage. Oxyrane could have interesting advantages.
