Well, votes do count, beenthere. In only two years I am approaching 3000 thumbs-up. They would matter to you if you had that many. But reads per post are more accurate. My lowest number of reads come when I respond to you and the other trolls, but I still get more than you do on your own posts. I remain pleased with the interest shown by the number of reads of my other posts. jd

Good Lord.  I'm sorry you're at a state where you are counting how many "thumbs up" the 7 simps can generate for you. I apologize, I don't want to pile on when someone is suffering from some sort of mental illness. I don't have to count anything, Aarcor. If you look in the top right corner of the page you'll see your alias and that after nine years of SH membership you have 136 thumbs. You don't have to count them. SH does it for you. Same with reads per post. When people post that nobody cares about what I post, I kind of have to laugh. But, what's important is to never take it

Yes, on the left, also, beenthere, but for older folks there's bigger print at the top right, but the count doesn't appear on the top right of cellphones, just on larger screens. Yours might be different. It might say "Glasshalffull1" jd
