A strong negotiating position generally doesn't mean that your stock has collapsed to a $.12 bid and that you are out of money in 19 business days and have to do something fast for cash. 5 more business days in August and that is when cash was anticipated to run out in the recent MD&A. No small financing announced post the release of financials. No 'best efforts' attempted financing announced. Does that mean a deal is about to be announced?
