No one said that the news was not transparent. The news did not guarantee the financing at $3 US. It was assumed to be likely to happen mid March. You all seem to think that there is no possible negative side to this investment. You are all wrong. 1. The financing might fail 2. They are trying to break into an existing market and steal market share. They may fail as users might remain loyal to

They don't have the financing yet. If it comes though then it do be a fantastic day for BTRU. However, the real work starts after the financing. If you are in for z quick trade on a major financing then you might do well. Long term I am not convinced that thete is anything here. What you call bashing is realism.
