This was a chance for Brad to announce the deal with TU was dead and he didn't. I can only assume it's not entirely dead yet. Even shows up in their Outlook. We'll see.

THey need the financing befor they go bankrupt... If they get it the stock will fly because they will have funds to grow. Without it, I am not sure how they can survive.
