I hate the share price, but like the quiet here!!

Now that "you know who" has been silenced (I hope for more than a week)

Is it official that "you know who" got turfed? I wouldn't know as I put him on ignore. I sent in a complaint so I was hoping . Of course he'll likely just change names and return anew. Oh well, even a week without him around feels like Christmas mixed with winning the lottery. To those of you unsure to whom we're referring...enjoy the silence. Your welcome!

When the CFO of any company sells all his stock, it is a jerk move! BTW, calling someome a jerk won't get anyone into trouble. Now,  if you were a kid, you might get into a fight in the schoolyard and even visit the principal'soffice! LOL!! If he sold his shares because he does not believe in the company, then why would BWD make him responsible for business development. If ...more

Well he's no friend of mine, so call him what you want, I heard he was not pleased with it, I think he was less pleased with the comments on why he might have sold, I don't think that belongs on a public board, but that's your problem not mine. Laugh now if you want (LOL) It will be interesting to see how long that smile lasts. Further you said he sold all his stock where did you get ...more

I speculated he must have needed the money to pay the bills. The stock was at $ .70 and started dropping and the CFO was selling on the way down, I wondered why as I was very frustrated by the drop. However, I do not know why he sold, so you are completely correct when you said my comments should not have been made in public. I am also wrong as well about whether he sold all his stock. 403, fyi, Mr.K was the "acting" CFO after the untimely passing of the original CFO. And as for him selling a few shares from the probable millions of shares that he holds, as is his right................what is your point? That amount of his selling by comparison would have about as much impact to the market as would a fart in a Category 5 Hurricane.

To allA general comment. For an insider to buy at lot is positive, For an insider to sell small amounts is no big deal, But in this instance Mr. K. sold a lot, around half a million in a very short time period, That to me and the 'smart money' is a sign of that Mr K. has no faith in the company he works for orMr K. just does not care and is only thinking of himself, IMO that action by Mr ...more

I think it's wrong for you to link yourself to the "smart money" you speak of, based on the substance of your post, but I believe that your "hanging around" will be rewarding for you if you actually own shares
