I must have missed the 0.12 offer from Victoria Gold for Atac's assets. Do not recall any discussion on this board about it either. Any comments would be welcome.

If VG think Atac is only worth 0.12cents a share, then it is a real put down of Graham Downs and the Boards leadership of Atac. Someone's head should have rolled when we lost the Tote Road, there is too much cosiness between thr Board and Downes, in my view.
