FORT Announces CDN$20,000,000 ConvertibleDebenture Financing means that FORT is not making much mining BTC after paying wages and  operational expenses.

Hmm!! I guess these institutional investors invested $20 million in a company that's not making a lot of money mining BTC, even after doing their DD. makes perfect sense. lol. Maybe they should have spoken to Thee Rook before they invested.

Financing is a debenture not a stock offering. Debt   gets first crack at the assets.

40% gain i on my position in FORT...you can't get a clue of how much money it represents on paper for me...wow...My dry gin doesn't taste the same suddenly...LOL!  The only matter is that CSE might be on them with such a sudden rise on huge volume and no news.  Oh well, Monday will come and we'll have a better clue of what that spike really means and about its legitimity ...more
