Anyone take a look at today's financials?

Anyone take the time to read the financials? Have to say the current guys running the show have turned a complete cluster mess from 4 years ago into something that could go some place if mother earth has blessed us with anything in the ground worth looking at. The financials are still not great but with the $1.5 we got from the rights offering in January it should clean up any outstanding issues and then some, hopefully. These guys have really papered themselves up well. Some might say it too well. But considering where we were and where we were at they have put a ton of skin in the game. Too much for just buying into a potential shell stock play, I would say. 

 

I did have to chuckle about the oversubscribed comment on the recent rights offering. I got everything I wanted and then some. 

 

What does all this mean and where are we going? Have not got a clue but with the nearly 200 million shares the insiders own someone has something in mind for some day.

I hope you are right T4C, but I sure will be happier if they start putting out regular press releases with some action in them to keep shareholders abreast of what is going on like a real company. It's been a long time since this has been a real company or anything it looks like it.
