Cobalt Coal suspended by the ASC

A cease trade order has been issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on Oct. 5, 2012, against Cobalt Coal Ltd. for failing to file a technical report within 45 days after the date of disclosure in accordance with Form 43-101F1. The company issued news releases dated Jan. 19, 2011, and July 17, 2012.
