ls Management bad or what?

Curious about this company? They have what seems to be some of the highest silver grades in the world and is this poor management or what? Can any of you shareholders give me your opinion on management if you have talked to them.
With grades up to 70K gr/oz it be nice to see CCW go somewhere?
