Proposal at AGM

CD is one-man operation under Chuck Fipke who has name recognition in the industry and his death or disability may negatively impact the company. This is why CD that heavily relies on the work and business presence of one particular individual should seriously consider purchasing a key man insurance policy. Private placement placees will want to know that their investment is fully protected, even in worst-case scenarios.

Buying $25 million key man insurance should pay out $0.29 based on 86 million shares outstanding. CD is virtually bankrupt and there is zero value ascribed to Rackla on the balance sheet.
