Answer me this. Why would MF sell that 1/2 mill plus block last week if this sp has only risen every day? Up a penny today. Don't get me wrong - doubled position 2 weeks ago - just seems strange to sell into the ask with such a large block. For what reason?FT

I don't have an answer, but read something once about Mineralfields and the flow-through structure of their shares.  I think it is the tax advantage of the flow-through.  They / their investors make money no matter what on the tax advantages, and it may be that they have to sell to get the tax break.  Maybe someone out there with a tax background can help?
