Canaccord did financing for them, so they're customers own it. It would be their customers selling, not canaccord the company.

It is hard to believe the stock is still massively mispriced as Oil prices continue to rise (current $111 USD/barrel) and supply continues to be tight and getting tighter for likely the near future
