I think they say it closes q1 next year. I doubt they will touch the financing to get the deal done. But if they could cancel part of it they perhaps could get a bridge loan.

With the new share structure after the 19m financing I don't think it's worth 27 cents a share, but certainly a nice chunk of cash avoid further dilution. Looks like a great move,
