Chapter 2
Chapter 2
The single digits days are gone.
So forget about people giving away their shares. They've been bought out.
Now the new entry point is $0.14 which with everthing that has changed and the new forecast for Oil prices combined with Criterium getting closer to a company changing Gas completion and Gas produciton expansion in the coming months and years - anything under $0.15 will be seen the same way we were looking at the $.10 shares.
Keep in the mind the exit strategy.
Criterium is not planning on being the next Exxon - they are putting all the pieces together to be solid 3000 BOE producer likely within 18 months.
And then Criterium with that production, 10 years of growing reserve production, and multiple untested targets - they will sell the whole shabang.
And at these Oil prices - Other larger Oil companies looking for reserves and production wil come forward. Perhaps even the Indonesian State owned Oil Company will be the buyer.
But one thing for 100 per cent sure - it will not be for the current valuation of $20 million, probably more like $200 million.
This stock will not be unknown for much longer. And with all the good news about to start being released, like cash flow estimates, produciton increases, and acceleration of development - it's all aboard time.
