I feel BANKRUPTCY is on the horizon... 
or restructuring meaning all retail investors are boned and the insiders get their palm greased as what usually occurs in a restructuring/bankruptcy.

It wouldn't shock me at all if KLY decided to cease operations. Only a RS and further dilution in the future to fund drug trials for another company. With over 500m outstanding shares and no revenue are there any other options? It would be hilarious if KLY did shut down and Bob started a new company with the current licensing agreement with Salz as it's only "asset". It would
