The legal team looking after certain affairs for Claritas willing to accept shares in payment ....all these different organizations accepting shares for payments of such for services rendered must also have confidence of success in this stk ... thats a positive in my eyes ... why would you agree to such payment if there was no chance... hang in there boys and girls...step by step clearing up preliminary issues that needs to be done .. this news came late last nite .... any chance for another nr today ...gltal

No one in their right mind woud take shares for payment from a company that is a scam with a CEO that is the scammer according to the bashers and shorters on this site. If they take shares instead of cash they are anticipating a bigger payday than the cash can provide.  Shorters loading up now may be scrambling to recover in the near future and deserve any losses hey incur.

Exactly!!! Different organizations, and now also Nox Law Corp. know what is playing behind the scenes and accept (in part) shares for payment. When TSXV is approving the financing by Obsidian phase I can start and the train called CLAS will start moving faster and faster. Obsidian, I heard, is doing everything to get this funding through.
