Everything is now in the hands of the ethics committee to make a decision, there is nothing Bob or anyone at Claritas to speed things up. Frustrating for them all, they were expecting a decision last week and now expecting this week. Hopefully not delayed much longer. As for the B warrants, with each passing week they seem less likely to be of any value.

Whyme16. I agree not much has gone well when it comes to things they have been attempting. And if in the end this folds and the company ceases to exist I would be inclined to agree with you. Question I keep coming back to is why didn't Bob throw in the towel before now. He certaintly isn't making any more money cause no one will invest untill they see some positive changes.
