Let's get to the bottom of what has been going on.
What is this?
Corelogic Unpaid for a year? Major technology now terminated.
How will CoreLogic feel about doing business with ILA after they realize their newly installed management have stiffed them for a year! Imagine how appraisers will feel when they bridge the connection. How clients will feel when appraisals go unpaid and appraisers go back to Shane's clients. How will reguators in the States feel about new ILA management attempting to transfer those licenses into ILA? Kind of kills south of the border revenue.

Nothing changes for Clarocity Inc (Valuation Vision and Clarocity Valuation Services). The announcement is related to the public holding company from which
we are being separated and moved
toward a larger, well-funded company that has greater capacity for technology and access to massive data sets for analytics. This is all
part of the bigger strategy
to be a leader in our space.

Want to hear more about the "bigger strategy" which moves assets and people over to ILA. Sounds like everyone is on board!
What is this?
ILA was provided promissory notes (UCCs filed against INC, V2 and CVS) with zero notice of default required.
ILA confirmed late in 2018, on two separate phone calls with shareholders that they had
already in their possession
the stock certificates for Clarocity, Inc.

This sounds too hot to touch. Has Amy Copeland, education representative for Clarocity, been pressuring her husbands subordinate to not go public with this claim? Who is Stacey Jackson?
What is this?
CLY inc was opened in October of 2016. Val Vets was acquired in October of 2016 by CLY Corp. For approximately 2 million in value. The following day Val Vets assets were sold to Clarocity Inc. for .10 cents. Also Valuation Visions assets of 7 million were sold to Clarocity Inc. for .10 cents as well. Val Vets had a name change to CVS, Clarocity Valuation Services. All the assets were moved out from Clarocity Corp. to Clarocity Inc. which has 3 class of shares to which Shane Copeland is the only director of Clarocity Inc.
How are those shares allocated?
What is this?
Babak and Colin now directors at OV2 CPC with Sheldon Pollock, one of the dirties of Bay Street. Looking for that qualifying transaction! Have a read of the MD&A.
