People "average down" on a stock that was under 0.10 before it was pumped on BNN. The pumper and his Queen bailed along with company insiders. The desulfurization and flow rate are failing. Along with other red flags. This could be headed back to 0.10 soon. Possibly bankruptcy.  Could be extremely difficult to get additional financing
