Yes, the change here (I think) is that now may be the time....

Let's get that review process started.  Ideally, I would like to see a larger private company that has meaningful relationships, capabilities and capital use CMI to perform and an RTO.  That way, it allows us shareholders who have been here patiently (for too long now) waiting for this technology to benefit from its market rollout.  My fear would be that a sale of the company to someone is a one time even that wouldn't reflect the potential optionality / upside that the ESA has when in market.

Regardless, the company has to be less cautious.  They need to deploy more resources to get the ESA to market more quickly.  Based on his comments in this video, the ESA will be a year behind when it was supposed to be launched and being sold and even that wasn't comitted to firmly by Leslie all the while the stock has drifted downwards or has been range bound.
