PEA Question for the board

As we wait for the PEA, I wanted to pose to the board what we should hope to see (the specific numbers). For example, what NAV and IRR should we hope to see. Also, is there a total capes which we should hope to be under.

That's a tough question RM. I would say our best bet is to go by the Mackie research report that Endzone posted. They are factoring in a 10% chance that one of the other properties will be at least the size of Crawford. Page 5 of the report breaks down their target price of 5.60 using a 0.5x multiple, NAV of 9.81 / share and a project IRR of 18%... Mark Selby has stated a capex of near 1 ...more

Thanks Apapas. I am all in on CNC as well.  I think an IRR over 15% would be solid. I expect the NV to be around 900M as well. Mainly I want to see what thier Capex will be. IF the Capex number is unusually good - then I think we may see a sp jump.
