Assumptions Question?

Note on assumptions

  • The Company utilized metal price assumptions from third party sources applying a nickel price of $7.75 /lb, a chromium price of $1.04 /lb and an iron price of $290 per tonne (based on U.S. benchmark iron scrap price). In addition, a US$/C$ exchange rate of $0.75 and oil price of US$60 /barrel were also applied.

Market doesn't seem elated ,yet !!

Any thoughts on the nickel price assumption . To me it seems a bit high and thus mine works over 25 years only if nickel pricing stays elevated ?? Granted that is the projection ,so at 10.00 nickel we will get gobs of money ,especially with more resources being added

No expert here , so thoughts please .

The price of nickel is $17079/tonne or $8.54/lbs so CNC in its PEA is below the actual price of nickel.   Check out this link, you will get a lot of information on commodity prices.   https://fr.tradingeconomics.com/commodities
