I don't get the price drop

I don't get this share price drop. We should be trading close to or above the deal price. I have never seen anything like it before and I have been trading for well over 30 years.

makes me wonder if the short position is putting pressure on the trading floor after this news. Wouldn't surprise me if that type of corruption still exists. This deal should not make legit cnc investors sell off

Very puzzling indeed. I can't recall when a bought deal was done above the current share price. It's always below as to entice investors. If the offer was too expensive, it just wouldn't happen. There's something I might not be understanding about the deal. In theory we now hold shares that are now a DISCOUNT to the offer price. Quite a bit. The very same people putting the deal ...more

Added a bit more today too. Could be some sellers wanting into the PP. The flow through tax break discounts the $4.10 I suspect. The pullback will be temporary buying opp IMO.

I added yesterday as well on the dip. I'll eat these and add to my holdings. This going to be 10 plus in months imo on the way to much more $$
