Novice question........

Why did CNC get a 10 million dollar  loan that is so short term?  How will they be repaying this loan ?
Issuing shares or do they expect an influx of cash shortly?

Thank You..

I believe the short term loan is to get them through till they get their strategic partner. a short term loan gets them through to the strategic partner process

Read the last PR again. The strategic partner got delayed for sometime this quarter. Its a " just incase loan" is how I viewed it.. They probably don't even need any of the cash yet as they just did a $12 million PP not long ago.

Thank You for the replies. Sounds to me like this might confirm the "Strategic Partner" negotiations are a near probability and not only a possibility. Thanks again
