Remember what large institutions do

In a case such as CNC, the only way in for them without substantially moving the share price is one of 2 ways. They participate in the PP and they also add during times of volatility. Pay attention to the volume the last few times. It's telling you there's a big shift in shares from the weak hands to the strong. When things get volatile the volume goes up from the buying and selling allowing them to scoop up shares and not push up the price very much. GLTA

Great points apapas. Yes the big money knows how to wear you down as they quietly load up. Classic situation with so many big irons in the fire and a vault load of cash. Note the sudden increase in ex-shareholders, prime sign.

You're correct Endzone. I'm just waiting for a couple more to throw in the towel before we get the all clear. This is the first time at least in a while since I've been here that were getting this much volume.
