Crux interview

Good Crux vid out. Very informative on nickel market convergence and Crawford.

You probably have access to more resources than the rest of us, but the latest one on Youtube is well over a month old, were the host keeps asking him about the reasons for the FS delay. The points you mention are nothing new, just Mark's usual talking points that he hasn't said countless times already. We don't need another danm Crux Video. We need the damn FS finished and released ...more

Besides, Trudeau just shuffled his cabinet because he's scared! He's down 10 points Nationally, and is loosing ground in vote rich Ontario. By the time Crawford is in production, there will probably be a change in Government, and these rebates will probably be the first on the chopping block!

It's a new video available to paid members. Worth the $40 as other investment ideas and company interviews.   You sound angry. I guess you are a shareholder afterall tho you've never admitted it.    September is the month stated and let's hope they follow thru. Proving up more properties on a district scale is key for a takeout and increasing value. We're you not ...more

In order to prove more properties on a district scale, you first need to prove the original property is in fact economically viable. That is what the reptedly deleted FS needs to show. If the underlying mine is sub economic and needs carbon credits to be a viable option then as someone who said on ceo.ca "If the mine needs carbon credits to be a go, then it is a no!". Until such times ...more

There will be more than rebates lost if the little shrimp with no solutions gets in. Mass government layoffs, cancelled projects, VW etc may cancel and lose hundreds of billions and the economy will tank for years. Not my Canada.
Comment by EndZonefor7 on Jul 27, 2023 10:51am
Not to forget your taxes will go up huge to pay for lost carbon tax revenue and lost projects land taxes etc. Real estate will crater as well as lost jobs will force msss forclosures. Fun times cause you don't like a guy's hair.

You are a tool if you think Canada could possibly get any worse than it currently is under Trudeau. Tent cities in small towns throughout Canada currently. Corruption everywhere.
Comment by CravingProfits on Jul 27, 2023 12:33pm
I hear a lot of friends complaining about Trudeau also. That's what everybody does these days.  Everybody knows better than the professionals. Vaccines, global warming, pollution, politics , racism, taxes, the composition of asphalt  and on and on. Oops...and Nickle. Lol Thanks to the internet and chat boxes. We do not need leaders anymore since we all know what's best ourselves. ...more

Someone online shared an old (2021?) video that aged well. A repoter was questioning Mr "You have to excuse me if I don't think of monetary policy"if he was worred about the potential for rising inflation, interest rates and the future cost on home owners. Trudeau's reply was a smug "Interest rates are at historic lows Glenn. Interest rates are at historic lows Glenn ...more

Yes a drama teacher knows what best for us and all of the economist saying Canada will have the lowest growth among the g7 in GDP per capita are conspiracy theorists.
Comment by PCGuy10 on Jul 27, 2023 1:24pm
OK. Here's the problem. You have to subsidize the nickel extraction. You have to subsidize the battery production, you have to subsidize the purchase of the final vehicle. Then you have to subsidize the electricity to charge the vehicles. Unfortunately our entire economy was built around ice vehicle production. You need diesel tractors to grow the food. you need diesl trucks to deliver the ...more

ICYMI they are making electric trucks, electric farm equipment that is autonomous etc. No one is saying oil and gas is going away completely, just reduced huge to try and save the planet. Just like reducing ozone depleting products has helped the ozone but took decades.     If you don't buy it then you don't believe in science thus the convoy crew mentality. Go vote for the ...more

Electric farm equipment for who....hobby farmers??  Give me a break.  No where close to coming up with anything that will remotely work in todays farming world.   Farm work is weather sensitive so when the sun is shining the big machines need to be rolling not sitting at charge stations.
Comment by EndZonefor7 on Jul 27, 2023 7:03pm
You are correct. It's early in the game with lots of hoops to jump through but there are light duty tractors out there with growing demand as the battery charging tech improves. I watched a 60 minutes segment last year on autonomous tractors on big spreads.  The electric farm tractor market was valued at $98.7 million in 2022 and is expected to reach $234.0 million by 2028, growing at ...more

Islandjon...that's why you need storage batteries. Fill em up in daytime, and use em when needed. Expensive but it works. Glta

A tractor requires 500-620 hp pulling anywhere from 70-86 ft drills to seed average 5000 ac per unit running at least 18 hours a day.  Fueling is done 99% of time while filling seeder tank with product.  Refueling tank of up to 1200 litres can be done in less than 15 min.  Electric is going to have to match that if farmers are going to switch over.  Most farms adapt to any new ...more

Tractors? to slow global warming (and I say slow because stopping global warming is probably just not possible) hundreds of changes will need to come about. Vehicle electrification is one change that may help but other changes like how we create food and reducing travel will be enormous changes.@ Dinosaurs lived with warmer climate for millions of years but they did everything locally with no ...more

Very true comments.Tractors was just an example where small change attempts is happening.  5 years ago not many people had an EV. Now everywhere you look in a major cities there's a Tesla or other new EV, with long waits to buy still.   Coworker has been waiting over a year for his, two other coworkers own EV's. This is a 30 year generational event like when Ford brought in cars ...more

Oil companies have been subsidized for decades. What's the difference? Only way to get corporations to change is subsidies. Nothing new. If you're so opposed why not go invest in oil?
Comment by CEOofEPO on Jul 27, 2023 1:53pm
That sounds amazing the government is inefficient and bloated in terms of useless paper pushers. Since when is VW in need of coproate welfare to make a profit. Nothing but vote buying.

Not much difference between team red and team blue. This happened before even under the PCs with AMD-Caterpillar. They took the cash and eventually bailed to Indiana.
