Having Fun Yet?
Company was founded in 2012. The Elmans, father and son, have put a fair bit of cash and sweat equity into the company. Rasied 21m in oct/20, and 11m a few months ago(@$1) from one investor (whose investment has promptly fallen +60%). IR is horrible; doing nothing to spread the gospel. Best guess is that investors are trading on downward momentum, i.e., the further sp drops, the more fear and disgust, the more likely to sell at steep loss. Traded at 1.50 a year ago. If I weren't down so much I'd be laughing. As it is, I'm holding, foolishly or not, believing that the point at which you thow in the towel (that would be now) is the peak low. Then again, sp is setting a new low almost daily. What do current buyers know that I don't? They did just bring in a new CEO, and completed a deal, zero insider sells and a whole lot of buys; so many factors point to legitimacy. Who knows? Company says nothing so we're left to guess. At worst, this will offset other gains.
