RE:Expiration of options NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

RE:Expiration of options NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

HopeIBoughtLow wrote: The flow thru and bought deal financing arrangement was an impediment to Insider support in my opinion.

We are now past that and more support will be forthcoming I suspect.  The windows of opportunity are not large.

Eric's expiration of "in the money" options was just playing by the rules.  With a bought deal on the table he couldn't act on them.  Playing by the rules.  I am sure there is another way they can be made up for Eric down the line as the corporation sees fit.

Here are the rules MONKEYBOY

When insiders are subject to a lock-up period, they are contractually prohibited from selling or otherwise disposing of their shares, even if a bought deal is announced. The lock-up agreement takes precedence during this time to maintain market stability and prevent insider opportunism.

Key Implications

Prohibited Sales: Insiders cannot sell the locked-up shares in the public market or as part of a bought deal during the specified lock-up timeframe. The lock-up agreement generally prohibits a wide range of transactions, including offers to sell, pledges, and certain hedging activities, to ensure compliance.
Market Stability: The primary purpose of the lock-up is to prevent a sudden flood of shares from hitting the market, which could depress the stock price and create a negative perception of the company's future prospects.
Alignment of Interests: The restriction is designed to align insiders' interests with the long-term success of the company and outside investors by incentivizing them to focus on sustained growth.
Disclosure: The existence and terms of any lock-up agreements must be clearly disclosed in the company's prospectus or other registration documents, so all investors are aware of when the restrictions expire.

SCREW YOU MONKEY

Why screw me?? Did I make you lose your money??? I was telling sell since $2! Why now screw you to management for laying and make you lose your money? Didn't you say they will not issue shares, many times when I did say they will have to in the past? Yet you vigorously defended this management that constantly withheld information and is not transparent. Have you asked them what happened with the signed NDAs, the people that were knocking on their doors, etc?
And no, there is no block, no hold up, they can buy/ sell and it was done during the 2021 share sale. Your management sold millions at $1.75, feel free to check yourself!

The fact is that you project your own anger on me for not selling and pulling rabbits out of your sleeves to try justify your own actions by convincing this management is great. Well good luck and buy more, let's check in another 6m how things are eh? Ill tell you, same lol
