Permits and more

What happens after the pubic hearings ?

Comex will recommend issuing our permit. Then the deputy minister goes over that and the minister (Fitzgibbon) signs. In todays economic context, that should not take very long.

For the federal permit, public hearings have already taken place in the beginning of our application. So if our last answers to the third round of questions are satisfactory, this one could go ahead in a relatively short time frame as well.

Hopefully by then (next 3 or 4 months) Cantor Fitzgerald will have ligned up a few decent partner options for the Rose # 1 project.

Hi Tinker901, Pretty good TINKING. Fitzgibbon is responsible for the economy and innovations.  It is not him who permits mining projects.  Either Benoit Charette (environment) or Jonatan Julien (Energy and Resources) will approve the project. For the rest, it is in line with what I am TINKING.
