We don't have all the pieces of the puzzle yet, this could be part of a bigger plan/agreement/partnership. They wouldn't halt for $10M PP, would they? I am confused..

Yeah not sure, I guess there could be another announcment...who knows. If not, the halt was fun while it lasted.
