To be honest, I think our money is in good hands. Looking at how the Cash is managed, you really have to care about every penny to take the time to invest into a short term GIC that earns you a bit more interest than cash sitting in your bank account. 

After this last round of financing, we should have enough cash to repay the Helm line of credit as well as what is owed to the CREE nation upon reception of the environmental certificate and financing of the deal. Yes, they get paid at every stage of the process.
