Maybe it's just me, with this language thing. I don't quite get what you refer to with "forget the line".
I get the issue but that's up to the Regulators.
From my point of view. I agree on fair-to-cheap. I'd error on the cheep, at these prices.
In any market, it is always important to go back and look at some long-term charts so you don’t lose sight of the big picture. The big picture can also tell you if your long-term view is still accurate or it can let you know if there is some deterioration taking place. Always keep in mind in a bull market the surprises will come to the upside - and in a bear market the surprise will come to the downside.
The biggest problem most investors face in any bull market is the time component. Just because there is a bull market most of the time the price action is building out some type of consolidation pattern which will lead to the next impulse move higher.
