Thanks CIC4ever Great comparison between NOU and CRE.
Maybe it's just me, with this language thing. I don't quite get what you refer to with "forget the line".
I get the issue but that's up to the Regulators.
From my point of view. I agree on fair-to-cheap. I'd error on the cheep, at these prices.

In any market, it is always important to go back and look at some long-term charts so you don’t lose sight of the big picture. The big picture can also tell you if your long-term view is still accurate or it can let you know if there is some deterioration taking place. Always keep in mind in a bull market the surprises will come to the upside - and in a bear market the surprise will come to the downside.
 
The biggest problem most investors face in any bull market is the time component. Just because there is a bull market most of the time the price action is building out some type of consolidation pattern which will lead to the next impulse move higher.

Good morning Bae, In Nouveau Monde column, I left an old line under MARKET CAP saying INCLUDING ISSUE TODAY.  Forget these words.  But NOU is worth 4X CRE. Market Cap (464 M shares fully diluted)           201 M FD 1.220 M$ (including issue today)                   280 M$        ...more
