CRE worth 8$ when it really gets in motion

Got this from my broker.

Considering what Livent paid Pallinghurst for their shares it sort of valuates the Nemaska project at close to 2 billion dollars.

Nemaska has only one lot for their project so CRE with the Rose project only will be worth as much without even adding all the other claims for many other projects.

With our present fully dilluted share float, that amounts to 8 bucks a share.

I think that when this finally kicks off, i will be drunk (celebrating) for the rest (hopefully from July onwards) of 2022.

I think we will remain sober... that $8/share is just a wishful dream. I was invested in NMX and lost everything. Just a reminder to all:  - NMX raised close to $1.1B to build both the mine and converter plant. It ran over budget and they needed another $375M. They ended up with close to 900M shares before showing us the finger, because of this $ 375M.  - around $400M was by share ...more

Nemaska's $375 million you refer to over budget already had $100 million provision built in. Hence $275 million over budget, nice way to inflate numbers entering CCAA. Nemaska had some $50 million in the kitty and pulled the plug. CcAA stay of proceedings expires July 21, 2022 and will be extended. -- "I think we will remain sober... that $8/share is just a wishful dream. I was invested ...more

Agree, the CCAA process is a robbery and should have never been allowed but look who the players are?!  Not sure anything can be done but lessons learned there. Thats why with CRE I'm planning to secure profits should we ever go ther. Will only leave 25% for the construction phase and possibly further gains. What I learned is that very seldom Mr.Market is wrong and the fact that no one ...more

So Monkeyhere let me get this straight, you said "The revised Ph1 will 100% show increased capital cost (partially covered by increased spodumene prices." Partially - I take this to mean that you are suggesting that the increase in capex to be shown in the updated FS will be greater than the increase in value resulting from the increase in spodumene prices. In other words, the updated FS ...more

What I meant was that the positive side from the increase will be partially offset by increased capital cost. Good and bad news in the same NE. So I don't think there will be let's say 100% increase to the stock value.
Comment by tinker901 on May 12, 2022 7:24am
You are right on that one Monkeyhere171. But the increase will still be way over 100 %. The sensitivity table in the FS goes like this. A 20% increase in lithium prices amount to a 8% increase of the CAPEX and also a 41% increase on the NPV. Using a conservative forecast for lithium spodumene (our first deliverable product) I cannot see anything lower tan 1300$ a ton. So from 750%, that is a ...more

All this sounds right, but don't use the current share count. Remember, market is forward looking. If we use some dilution, $200M @$1.5  for example add another 130M shares and they will add warrants probably. So round up all to 350M shares we ars at $3.6/share with financing completed. Throw that CRE for unknown reasons lags behind peers and you go to the $2.5 which is still 100% gain ...more

It took two years for CRE.V to accomplish a monthly MACD death-cross.  Don't take this cross lightly.  The force and momentum behind it is huge.  It's powerful.

Which side is the momentum? Down or up ?
Comment by david3549tw on May 11, 2022 11:13pm
On the daily chart, CRE.V has fallen well below 50-MA, 100-MA, and 200-MA.  It's showing head-and-shoulders head.  On the weekly chart, her MACD line looks going into negative territory this week.  It's value just days ago was 0.032.  It then went to 0.027 and eventually to just 0.003 today.  I guess it would go into negative soon.   On the monthly ...more

Weekly MACD line was 0.003 yesterday.  It's 0.002 today, one tiny step towards negative.
