I like this game!  I have to admit, if it were bought out for $5 I would be slightly disappointed, but happy to get my exit.  I think more reasonable is $5 USD, which would come out at $6.90 today.   I think that $7.50 - $10.00 is achievable but it will take time, longer that I am likely willing to wait.  That's my basement . . . considering my level of financial

The fantasy of $2 has been dangling in front of us for years. I literally can't imagine $5/share for CRE shares. Anything is possible, but this one has been so trying just to get to that $2 pedestal.
