@avanzalg The institutions are waiting for the permit before buying in. The company is waiting for the permit before a strategic investment/JV possibly with an automaker/major mining co. Permitted/financed projects trade 7-10x from where $CRE is valued right now. There is substantial upside from here.

That's just opinion of someone from a forum which means nothing...Lets do it based on the CG report and the information from Fig.2 - permitted/ financed project not yet in production trade around 0.7-0.8 P/NAV. So for easy calculations will use $1B NAV and diluted shares count of 300M (50% financing @$2.25). So before production $800M/300M = $2.66/share. Once mine is built will go multiple and ...more

I don't disagree with your maths but the company currently has the NAV at 2.5 B CAN

  Can't believe it I forgot about the updated FS numbers.. guess I'm following the market sentiment lol. The example is to be multiplied by 2.5x

Hey monkeyhere the CG report you are talking about is also an opinion. Not a single analyst predicted the actual prices of lithium in any of their "reports".  Your opinion or mine could be just as good as any paid analyst since the EV market is a new thing with hardly no history to build on.
