I would hope your right but not likely  like most here I'm very disappointed with the director incentive plan    Since  when do we need incentives to do our jobs that we are paid to do. mans do we need any more directors.  maybe it's time for our great management team to actually produce!!!   F***£

From the description of what a omnibus plan is they will need feedback from the shareholders to make these decisions. Maybe it's time to form a shareholders board so we can actively make suggestions directly to management.

I'm in for being on the board .There are 200 investors  on FB I bet we can find some people who can help advise CRE of how the shareholder feel about how they distribute that $80,000,000  Anyone else want to be on the board .

It seems like the object of Omnibus Plan is to build a solid base (20% at least) of shareholders that are motivated to carry the many CRE projects to completion. So are we saying that we are against this ??

And to retain these highly trained individuals we have already acquired whom will become no doubt highly sought after in the coming years. Most here know there is "no substitute for experience".  Even on the lower levels of labourers ect. Perhaps we have all been in positions where the employee turnover was higher and new recuits were constantly being trained  being both costly ...more

Thank you for trying Rinny. I think that the "watchword" in management these days is to avoid any comment that could lead to speculation.
