26 working days untill end on first quarter.Will they make this timeline of partner announcment and financing?

They've never met a deadline before, so it would be shocking if they met this one. Unfortunately, their stated timelines come and go without achievement and they have nothing to answer for and nobody to answer to.

I think that the "conservative" timeline that was recently added to the website is a clear indication that CRE will not be announcing any partnerships during Q1.

Does anyone know how long other budding developers were working on their deals before they sealed the deal? Such as Sigma and Piedmont?
