These guys can really mismanage what appears to be a great asset and story. Glad I took most of my profits out of this months ago. Too much opportunity cost for me to hold for so long.

They announced their Pre-Tax NPV, however CRE is using the after tax one. The after tax NPV for FL is at $1.739B USD Don't let them fool you with big numbers. They need over $1B USD in capex. Their share float is higher than CRE already and they are still at PFS level. Also good luck with the permitting and road build to access the resource. Cheers to all longs!

I am sure their market cap will exceed ours for a little while.. Nonetheless, I am still confident this company is a winner and am not putting my money elsewhere.. However, CRE management need to understand and wrap their mind around the fact that creating demand for CRE's shares is an integral part of their mandate. It's not just about building a mine.
