That was his golden moment to make a deal. I mean we all read charts, we all know to sell after a big spike. And he should have known to strike a deal after a big spike because that was his high point. And a big price fall was about to happen. I mean it almost always does.

Feels like they are too slow to analyse and make decisions. Imagine where we'd be today if 11 months ago the $ was done and construction was under way now.  What a totally different story. Plus imagine borrwoing costs now vs. a year ago too.  Imagine iof he is waiting for interest rates to come down so his borrowing costs are lower and fit within his model.  This might be another 18 - 24 months wait.  Who knows at this point.  He keeps getting paid.

The opportunity cost loss for sitting on this stock for so long was huge. Bad decision by me to buy and hold.Glad I sold 80% for some profits thsi year.

I'm betting that the odds of this joke of a management team ever signing a deal are lower than the possibility that they won't. IF they ever do, the SP will be climbing back from $1. What a great investment this has been!
